EPDM Synthetic Rubber is the Modern Answer to an Age Old Problem

Say 'flat roof' to anyone and the typical reaction is head in hands. Problems! Leaks! Damaged Ceilings & Decor!

Why? It's simple, old fashioned built up felt roofs have a limited life and are prone to leaking and rapid deterioration due to Britains varied weather conditions, yet people continue to replace felt with felt year in year out because of the lack of alternative materials.

Within the past few years more and more householders are realising the EPDM Synthetic rubber is the modern answer.
It comes in one piece the size of the roof which negates the problems associated with parting joints. EPDM rubber will flex and resists all changes in temperature without cracking or peeling and is totally resisitant to atmospheric pollution.

Not a single drop of water will pass through a rubber roof.  Boots, gloves, diving suits etc. all kinds of uses have proven that rubber is the first impervious material that people think of as totally waterproof.  EPDM rubber is unaffected by UV light and ozones and is resistant to puncture and penetration by roots.

Over the years EPDM has been used under a wide range of climate conditions, from the glaring sun of Arizona and the Middle East to the 'Arctic' conditions of Alaska and Northern Europe and unlike most bituminous materials EPDM does not become brittle with age.

EPDM rubber can be easily fitted to all types of flat roofs including garages, extensions, porches and dormers
for a fraction of the cost of continuous replacement.
